Hillingdon Stop the Tax Credit Cut Campaign Afternoon Session

A couple of weeks ago the Tories defeated an Opposition Day motion calling on the Government to reverse its decision to cut tax credits. They have broken their promise to be on the side of working families - more than 3 million working families will be on average £1,300 worse off next year as a result.

As part of Labour’s campaign to stop the tax credit cut, we will be organising a National Campaign Day on Saturday 14 November. This campaign day provides an opportunity for local parties across the country to collect petition signatures and take part in this large campaign.

We'll be getting petition signatures by doorknocking in Hayes, meeting at the Labour Hall, Pump Lane, for two sessions, the first at 11am and the second at 2pm.

If you've never campaigned with Labour but are keen to start, this is a great opportunity to do so. Full training and support will be provided.

Please contact Josh Cole using the details below to say you can come.
